Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis in Missouri. She was a member of The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Theater. Her career began as a performer in Los Angeles as a theater performer and choreographer, choreographing over 20 plays and musicals. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. Additionally, she performed 7 main roles in LA's Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to secure the roles for films and TV when she was studying improvisations with The Groundlings. Kelly's unique voice and small dimensions have let her portray a range of different roles. The actress is well known for her role with Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara in The Ring 2 but is also more commonly recognized for her role as the bright and bubbly receptionist of Two and a Half Men. Kelly was an attorney and a social animal in TV Land's The Exes as a series regular from 2011-2015. The show also featured her as a Regular as the sassy, sexpert little sister to Alyssa Milano in the ABC show Romantically Challenged as well as the suburban mom who was stressed in the The CW's No Tomorrow. Soprano was her voice for many cartoons, including Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. The most recent time she was seen in the NBC's hit comedy Superstore as the dim, but lovable Cloud 9 worker. She's married to two young kids and lives in a tranquil home. She enjoys writing as well as sew, and she also volunteers in schools.
